Cornbread

Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Cornmeal
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 Cups Buttermilk
- 1 Cup Melted Unsalted Butter
- ⅔ Cups Light Brown Sugar
- ¼ Cup Honey
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
- Some Vegetable Shortening (to coat baking pan)
Directions:
- Grease a 9in. × 13in. baking pan
- Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- In a seperate bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, honey, eggs, and buttermilk
- Combine both mixes
- Pour into the baking pan and bake at 400o F for 25 minutes.
